Any damage beyond the $3,000 limit will be charged to the credit card on file. Fortunately, in our experience, instances of exceeding this amount are quite rare.
You can add the plan anytime up to check-in, but please note that your entry details (keys, codes, etc.) will only be provided once we have either a security deposit or damage protection added to your stay. If you prefer, you can choose to have both options for added peace of mind.

Our Vacation Rental Damage Protection is provided by Generali Global Assistance, a leader in the travel insurance industry known for superior customer service and comprehensive coverage options.
Note: This protection plan is optional but recommended for a stress-free stay. If you choose not to participate, an alternative security deposit will be required.
